I was told a signature is required to be picked up. USPS withheld my package for this. Need to make sure this is communicated up front.
Response from Black Tie CBDMay 26, 2021
Hi JD, Please understand that the signature requirement on vape parcels is a result of the recent enacted PACT Act as opposed to company policy. We're simply adhering to federal regulation. There are multiple notices online stating "All Vape product must ship via USPS with signature requirement." This information is listed on the Vape category page and every vape product page. Please make sure to read the full description(s) so that you are aware of all details. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. Respectfully, BlackTieCBD.Net

Order process was easy and arrived in a timely manner. All products were packaged nicely and secure!! I appreciate each item being in its own individual jar with a seal. Also, this is the first company I've ordered from that provides a notice to law enforcement, which is excellent to have on hand!!
