stop using USPS please…
I really wish BTCBD would stop using USPS and allow customers to select UPS and/or FEDEX. I am already paying for shipping...why not let me pick my carrier and speed. USPS is taking too long these days and losing packages. Otherwise products are A+ and BTCBD hands off to carrier really fast.

Hi Jennifer, We are limited to USPS only for Vape products at this time, but we do offer UPS in addition to the post office for all items that are not affected by the PACT Act. I've purchased from them several times and the product has always been top notch. I've been sampling the market for good CBD products but blacktie is the only company I consistently order from.

Order received damaged and wasn't the correct product
My first order arrived much later than expected. And when I did receive it the inside of the box was soaked from the distillate that was just tossed into the box and it was the wrong product. I reached out and customer service sent me out a new product which I did receive and it was the correct product this time undamaged. I don't really believe that this is straight and distillate I think this is an e-juice with some sort of cutting agents which are very apparent in the flavor. Also the terpene profile that was trying to be replicated was way off, does not taste anything like the strain that it claims to be . The taste is okay but it is not what I was expecting I don't think I will be purchasing any type of concentrates from Black Tie ever again. The flower on the other hand is wonderful.

Very helpful
Very helpful, and my product was great. I was very unsure how to get my product. I don't have alot of knowledge on computers,and on the product itself. A representative came on and helped me. My experience was good. And I will be using Black Tie. Again.

Idk why I needed to sign something to receive it never happened before then had to go to the post office and get it.

Hi Justen, Due to the recent enactment of the PACT Act, all orders containing Vape products must be shipped with an adult signature requirement. This information is stated on both the Vape category page and all vape product pages. Additionally, we discussed this with you via email on June 5th. I understand that it can be an inconvenience to have to sign for the parcel. Please understand that this new requirement is a result of federal law and not company policy.
