Awesome quality and service

BT never seems to disappoint, the products so far has really been top quality. Keep it going y’all!

I'm new to CBD flower smoking. I've been buying in small amounts on a few different sites. This black tie wins in variety, quality and price for what you get. I bought 1gr each of delta 8 grape ape and blue dream. I loved them both. Great taste and smooth smoke. I will be buying more and trying other items. And ty for the screen glasses! I've been using them to help with my migraines.

Here's the deal. Easy to deal with prices fair. Product is awesome. Hassle free. Enjoy the

Just got off the phone with customer service, and I'm not sure what's worse the product or the customer service. Initially the order & response time for my order was instantaneously, & far above my expectations sent out same day with texts updating every step of the way. My order consisted of 5 cartridges the CBD Durban poison, Afgoo & the strawberry. The package arrived on time packaged well and secure also the contents itself were in a very decent package. But the issue arose where each cartridge that was used was very harsh there was no flavor profile and could not be distinguished from one to the other, on 4 different vape machines all at the lowest setting and still the same result. The seems to have potential for my medical condition but I can not continue using this product. I waited before leaving a review until I contacted customer service to see what could be done about the issue. And that's what I mean about my opening statement I'm not sure what's worse the product or the customer service. Why customer service? I explained to the lady in detail my issue and her response was "It's my 4 machines and I need to take a 3 second draw, but that when she goes longer its harsh but she does not know of any issue that I was complaining about the product being harsh and she'll let the producer of the cartridges know". NO Resolution to the issue no I'm sorry nothing! I will definitely not recommend this company or their products to anyone I know and will not be purchasing from this company anymore 1st impressions last and your company failed in the follow through, started off great but ended up horrible experience all together. (Update) So you see the response to my review no resolution just excuses,What a joke!!! It's not the flavor it's naturally harsh out the box I used the lowest voltage. But this company will say and do whatever to cover their own butt and not put the customer's interest first, the who is paying for an expired Junk product. What a shame!!!!

Love the Black Tie Kush Mini's. This was a great value at this price. Great buzz, decent flavor. Love it

So, if I could give this 4.5, I would. Really bad quality flower, on initial order, but customer service was lightning fast to make it right. The replacement they sent out was exactly the level of quality I had anticipated for the price, so I am a very happy customer. Only reason I wouldn't give 5, is because the initial quality was so inferior.
