I order my black stone griddle. then a day later they offered the same product for $100 cheaper. I inquired if they would help match teh price. They stated no, since i had also purchased a cover and the seasoning oil they would not honor they price. When i tried to return unopened they charged shipping and 10% restocking fee. Do NOT use this company. I made a purchase on the 9th August for a present for my son’s 40th birthday on the 9th September. After 8 emails and two calls I cannot get a response, shipping details etc. Totally unacceptable but by going by other reviews I will purchase a product in the UK. Regards Michael Miller

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Buying this Blackstone griddle has been one of the most frustrating product purchases I’ve ever made. From the moment I opened the box, problems started. The side shelf was welded wrong, the build feels cheap and flimsy, and converting to natural gas uncovered factory over-tightening that stripped threads and made the conversion kit nearly impossible to install. Customer service was even worse, 6 months of calls, repeating my story with no resolution. Meanwhile, a local retailer solved what Blackstone couldn’t in days by allowing me to pull parts off a display model. Then, within the first month, the cooktop warped. I’m willing to warn people away from this not because one griddle was defective, but because the company failed to stand behind its product. Blackstone has lost my business. There are far better options out there. Save yourself the frustration and spend a little more with a company that actually cares.

Blackstone griddle is obe of the worst items I have ever bought. I did everything it says to do and it still rusted now I can't even use it without replacing the top. What kind of metal are you using it must be SHIT MEATAL because only Shit metal rust .... I want my money back ....all of it

Covered with stickers that are meant to be removed but do not come off. Spent over 2-hours removing stickers. My first and my last Blackstone.

Terrible customer service. The connecting rod for the wheels broke on our "22 On the Go" griddle. The replacement part is not available on their website so I contacted CS. an unbelievable and terrible experience. No help whatsoever, all they tell me is the part is on backorder and they did it as a "courtesy" since it was out of warranty. If the had all the replacement parts available on their website I wouldn't have to deal with this crap.

Got a 36 inch Blackstone griddle from Walmart for father's day, the final part to assemble was the cover handle where there is a stripped nut. I have sent several emails to customer service, claiming that the US team was merging with the Canadian team. Another message that the replacement part was shipped .... Never got it .... Never had such bad experience.

I placed my order months ago and all l've gotten was radio silence and no product. I raised a dispute and Blackstock said they'd issue a refund but never did. I am really disappointed and feel like l've been scammed.
