It doesn't seem ligit
My doctor ordered a sleep study and Blackstone supplied the ring. They seemed a bit pushy from the very beginning and rather unprofessional. Now, I'm being harassed over a $25 balance due (which I'm happy to pay), but it needs to be paid online. Their online Bill Pay is very unsophisticated and I'm hesitant to offer my credit card or bank data. They have HORRIBLE reviews on line, but nothing here at Trust Pilot, so I thought I'd make them known with this review. Currently, I'm out of town and asked Blackstone to send me a bill with an address, so I can mail them a check. I will follow up with their response.
