Lied about prices. You will pay DOUBLE or not get your product.
The shopping and checkout experience is nothing out of the ordinary. The products are simple and hard to f up. The real problem is their shipping. Be prepared to pay DOUBLE the actual shipping they say you will. They had my address they should have known all fees and taxes. Why is my product now being held hostage after I already paid? Completely unacceptable. Shipping is now 3x the price of the product as well. This has been a terrible experience for a mid product.

The charges that you are referencing were custom fees, collected by your government. As we explained previously, duties and customs fees may occur depending on the international destination. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Black Seed Ink collects shipping charges at the time of checkout. We do not have the authority nor is it our practice to collect additional shipping fees at the time of delivery no matter which carrier is selected (DHL, UPS, USPS).
