Bunch of id*ots freezing my money so I can't even sell my investments...

Another review from me, this so called pension investment company, who are in Cahoots with pensionbee, have to date lost me over £7600 in the tailored plan since December 21. Please people of the UK with pensions it's about time we stood up to these companies that are slowly stealing our money so that we will never retire.

Run, don't walk away from this incompetent outfit. Was on phone for an hour with my 98 year old mother trying to reopen an account they locked. The incompetent girl rep finally put me through to an incompetent manager named Caitlin who apparently couldn't operate her phone as she couldn't hear us. Gave up, called back, got a very competent rep named Zach who finally got access resolved, kudos to him. The 1st rep and Caitlin should be fired.

what a mess. i purchased shares in my son's 529, and specified ACH transfer from my checking account. blackrock sent a confirmation, with confirmation code XXX. Later that day my wife purchased additional shares in the same 529, and specified ACH transfer from my son's savings account. In blackrock, there is no record of my wife's transaction. In transaction history, transaction XXX shows as coming from my son's savings account (not my checking account) but in actuality, the funds came out of my wife's checking account (which was not even linked to the 529 at the time of my transaction). now we have no confidence that future transactions will come from the correct account, which is concerning because we have an automatic monthly transaction. We will need to keep extra funds in 3 bank accounts now, since we have no idea which account will transact. I believe this is mostly due to a garbage website design. Little things during online setup provided hints that web transactions will be problematic. (for instance, when you register a bank account, 4 instances of it show up in the list of connected bank accounts).

Ho scritto la allegata email di lamentela alla società in questione il 06/02/19 ed al 19/02 non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta, quindi, oltre a quanto scritto di negativo nella stessa email, constato adesso quanto si interessa la stessa società del rapporto con il singolo insignificante cliente. Ho diversi investimenti con Voi, con appoggio presso la filiale Unicredit Campo San Giacomo di Trieste. Ho ricevuto il Vostro avviso di convocazione dell' assemblea del 3 gennaio, soltanto che l' ho ricevuta alla fine di gennaio. Non uso commenti, perché si commenta da solo. Il buon senso fà sì che la spedizione debba avvenire in tempo utile, soprattutto quando si hanno di fronte le .....Poste italiane..... In questo caso si dovrebbe spedire con corriere, cosa che comunque sarà stata fatta, ed allora questo avviso è stato spedito dopo la data di convocazione, debbo presumere. C' è qualche recondito o non tanto recondito motivo in questo? Tutto questo è già accaduto l' altr' anno. Ancora peggio quindi. Ed è buon senso indire un' assemblea in periodo natalizio, cioè festivo? O c' è qualcosa di prefissato anche in questo? In ogni caso tutto questo non mi rende soddisfatto della Vostra Società, soprattutto perché mi fà pensare a poca considerazione nei confronti degli investitori.. C' è sempre la possibilità di prendere altre strade. Distinti saluti.
