My mother has an account with BlackRock - Computershare. I have power of attorney for her, and we are closing her financial accounts to cover her final anticipated funeral costs. We have statements from July of this year stating that she has 300 shares with a value of $3063.00. Now after a reverse 3-1 split, she has 100 shares with a value of $1050.00. BlackRock is trying to tell me that, too bad so sad, that is the new value! Where did over $2000.00 go?

Blackrock customer service is the worse company to deal with. I'm a Financial Advisor's Admin and BkRk is requesting my date of birth which has NOTHING to do with the account. I've called their company at least twice a week for the last seven years of working here and have never had a problem. I wouldn't personally do any business with them and wouldn't refer anyone to them. I asked for a manager and Lanette and Shanice stated that Jesse would call me back. I don't need a call back I need for them to do their job correctly. That makes me wait to complete my task. I called for the third time and received the help I needed. I should never have to call a company three times to get some assistance. They both along with their supervisor need to be retained.

For the past months I have been harassed by these people trying to get me out of $355 after taking $200 from me already. They are now messaging my personal phone. I'm being told no matter who I contact that they will continue to harass until I pay them $355 to complete a transaction. They message my phone all times of the day and will not leave me alone

Blackrock ( Everlake ) has the worst customer service of any company I have ever tried to work with - Been in financial services for 39 years!!! Live chat ( Poor ) on the phone ( Poor )

Currently here and the vibe the food is absolutely amazing, Angel was a wonderful waiter and tended to all our requirements, the menu is priced reasonable, thank you so much xx sorry i meant Blacklock

I had a horrific experience at the location in beavercreek, Ohio. My food came out cold which was a bake potato and asparagus. The waitress was very rude and unprofessional her name is Zhia (maybe Zen).Everytime she approached our table it was nothing but eye rolling. I requested to speak with the manager Robert whom was frustrated with his position due to him trying to cut me off every time I tried to explain my concern with our service we were receiving. I give my experience a 1 star.

One of the most disgusting investing business I've ever seen. Ruining workers rights throughout Australia for profits. Disgusting people. Easy to see they aren't following Australian morals, tainted by greedy American ideals

Not an Investment House, more like a SCAM house. Seams BlackRock use thier investment in Match.com to condone scamming, Cryto selling and all other money grabbing attempts. Just to line thier own greedy pockets.
