The little things
Honestly, I live close near so I love that my packages arrive really fast What I really like is the hand written notes that say thank you that means a lot And I always love the stickers not very many companies, send stickers

So I like my hera build kit but
So I like my hera build kit. I like how I received it in record time. It was a hera build kit, That did show a hera grip, yet I got a A2 style grip... so I'm not entirley happy, I might still do buisness with you guys but I might be skeptical becaus of this one time... (edit) i have been contacted by their customer support team. And they want to make the order as good as gold. I appreciate that, as i wasnt asking for any special treatment...Thank you BLD, I look forward to doing business again, you guys go the extra mile for your customers

Shipping wows
The product is perfect and exactly what I wanted and ordered. Problem is in the shipping. My order was sent to Missouri via the USPS through the Honolulu Hawaii route!
