I bought the hair clay and it was dog💩, took 2 weeks to get delivered and doesnt even work. Dropshipped scam, don't fall for it.

I dont like that people are complaining here that the product didnt deliver, it delivered to me in like 10days+ i live in germany. To the product, it definetly gives more volume but not as good as shown in videos, but maybe my hair type isnt the right one, but still gave me an insane amount of volume. about 2.5 bigger than a usual box of volume powder. overall i would definetly recommend the product.

they gave me great costumer service it did take a little for it to get here but the website that it was being tracked on was wrong and when i emailed them they gave me a great explanation on why and i had received the order the exact day i sent the email

I ordered product from their website. It took almost a week to get an email back saying they received it. I waited a month and contacted them and I received a short brief email reply saying it will ship when it ships basically. No explanation saying it would take a month or more to at least give me a heads up . I was starting to wander if it was a scam and I wasn’t getting the product. I would have canceled and just gotten from Amazon. It ended up showing at the door today. It has taken about a month and half to arrive with no communication. No tracking until a week ago and apparently it went through customs so it’s from china and no one shared that. I would NOT purchase again!

I placed an order for the Volume Powder on May 11th and today is June 8th — it still hasn’t even been shipped. I contacted their support on May 29th and they only replied once, saying there were delays. I sent a second message on June 5th asking for the phone number associated with the shipment to track it properly, and got no response at all. The tracking number provided doesn’t work with J&T or other tracking platforms, and now I found out the product is shipped from China — something they don’t make clear when purchasing. That likely explains why it’s taking forever, but even so, almost a month without shipping is unacceptable. Their website states they don’t ship internationally, but they accepted my order to Mexico anyway, without warning or a refund. Now I’m left with no product, no tracking, and no communication. This company is unprofessional, lacks transparency, and clearly doesn’t care about customers once they’ve taken your money. Avoid at all costs.
