My first purchase was blocked within 24 hours. I received a discount, and I purchased a second original product on my account. Now, my third purchase has completely disappointed me. It's been less than a month since I was blocked, and we guarantee nothing in return. I deeply regret choosing them. I thought I was getting quality for the high price, but it turns out to be a scam with no guarantees.

I had a terrible experience with this site. IMVU deleted two of my items, even though they were very expensive. After struggling to recover one item, the site refused to resend it, despite my politeness and discretion regarding the game. Instead, they offered links to pay even more, which is unacceptable and unfair. I advise you to look to the competition: it's much better, more user-friendly, and, most importantly, they resend items that were unfairly removed. On top of that, if you complain, they threaten you with a permanent ban, and coincidentally, I received a message on IMVU from a girl writing: ban89 etc... beware!
