I Hired blacklight group to run Google…

I Hired blacklight group to run Google ads and improve my leads. Thousands of dollars spent with absolutely zero results. They were lazy with their attempts and proved to have no value. When I brought this problem up (several times ) I received; well,you signed a contract. I only received leads from people who were looking for service in a completely different Industry. Most of the leads probably came from bots they run. Their social media person seems to do a good job, anyone else at the company is borderline incompetent. I have no experience with Google ads, but I've quadrupled their numbers for half the price in 2 months. Are you all hiring? I think I could revolutionize your company.

Hi Clayton, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re disappointed to hear about your experience, we want to clarify a few important details regarding our work together. 1. On Campaign Performance: Your claim of receiving "absolutely zero results" is not accurate. In our April 4th check-in, you confirmed closing 3–5 deals from the ads. While we understand you were hoping for more, the results were not nonexistent, and early indicators showed promise. 2. Campaign Strategy & Optimization Timeline: As discussed during onboarding, Google Ads campaigns typically take up to 90 days to fully optimize. Midway through, you requested a shift in targeting - changing the focus of the campaign entirely. We promptly developed a new strategy, built a fresh landing page, and adjusted our targeting and copy accordingly. This pivot naturally required a new learning phase. Unfortunately, we weren’t given the time to fully execute and optimize this new direction before the contract was ended shortly after deploying. 3. Contractual Terms & Cancellation: While the signed agreement included a 30-day cancellation notice, we waived this requirement as a professional courtesy, despite having invested additional hours into the revised campaign setup. We’re committed to continuous improvement and learning from every client experience. While we regret that this partnership didn’t meet your expectations, we stand by the work we did and the proactive steps we took to support your success.
