Wife’s cancer, no money back!
My wife was diagnosed with cancer and I was unable to invest the time to trade using this indicator. I asked for my money back and there was no acknowledgment of my wife’s condition, just an email stating no money back policy.

Rick, appreciate the feedback and TRULY sorry to hear about your spouse. You did sign an agreement stating you knew that the purchase was non refundable, the email you received was simply stating that. Due to the proprietary nature of what we do we have to have the same policy for everyone. Will be praying for you, your spouse and family and you're always welcome here.
