I last wrote a review on 12/4/2023 about my experience with the Backgirlpersonality speediness in the delivery of my order and the quality in the workmanship of ordered items. Upon washing the items as instructed prior to washing I observed a very small hole at the front if the left sleeve which was probably missed during the print, but not acceptable by me. I contacted the customer service support team as listed in the invoice on 12/18/2023. Without delay I received an email back with the information needed for them to research my account song with a photo of the damage. On the 21st I received an email advising there was no need to return the damaged tee and my order was being reprinted and would be delivered shortly.

I actually took a chance as I had never heard of this company before seeing the ad on Facebook. What attracted me was the Betty Boop Image. I was looking for something for Juneteenth and had not found anything that really drew me until I saw these t-shirts. My niece loved Betty Boop as a child and these were so cute I had to try them out. I was happy with the quality, thankful they came as quickly as they did and they looked great on each person I gave one to as well as on myself.
