WE PURCHASED A SOUTH BEND CLUTCH FROM BLACK CLOUD AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CLUTCH. I WAS A LITTLE DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME WHEN I CALLED ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES. WE DID HAVE TO RECHEDULE THE JOB EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THE CLUTCH MORE THEN A WEEK BEFORE THE JOB WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE DONE.

Had a little goof up with shipping but was easily taken care of. Recieved my parts in a timely manner. Parts were very well package and appeared to be high quality. When I had a question, I called and someone answered the phone, no transferring me to someone else, didn't get out on hold. The person on the other line was friendly and had the answers to my questions.

I thought everything would fit together without struggle or banging on stuff. Had to modify connection points that should have been sized properly at the factory. Looks Great, overall i like it a lot and the instructions were perfect.

Blackcloud answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly. Emails were also received in a timely manner. However, the site says it takes around five days for the shop to rebuilt 6 injectors. I am on my 10th day not including weekends. I emailed them and they said they won't be done until next Tuesday or Wednesday. That's 7 days over shop time. I would have liked to receive a call or email saying they were busy or running late.

The injectors ordered were Rebuild and Return Injectors. The Time In Transit that it takes for someone to get the injectors to the shop is not a part of Shop Time. The time it takes to rebuild and flow bench test a set of injectors is dependent on current workflow when the injectors come in to the shop. "Shop time Varies", this is stated right above the Add to Cart button so people are sure to see it. Ground Shipping to you took 7 days, it probably took the same just to get to the shop.

Black Cloud Diesel were prompt to answer all queries & in keeping you up to date with what was going on with the order. It was then shipped in a timelt manner with no problems. Unfortunately they don't send an invoice with the shipment but they did inform me of that & so I was able to put things in place so as to keep the shipment moving. Great job!
