BlackBoxServersReviews of blackboxservers.net

I signed up with these guys after looking at many Ark server hosters. Their config screens are comprehensive and the tutorials very helpful. I got the server modded and running fairly quickly. I'd recommend them ;)

I've been using Black Box Servers for my Ark Survival Gaming. The tech support is extremely responsive and supportive when there have been issues. The uptime of the server has been outstanding.

I've only just now rented my first server, but without the help of the amazing staff the BlackBox team has I would be lost. There are a ton of settings to change/tweak to make the experience your own, and believe me I wouldnt have been able to do it on my own. Any question I have had, I just open a ticket submit it and within 5-10 minutes the response is already in. I cant say the same about some companys that will likely get back to you within a few business days.... I want to thank Ronaldo Pedro, Ryan Souza, and Robert Pearce as they have the patience of gods answering all the questions I've thrown there way. Thanks again Richard White

Not new to the world of computers, but hosting servers is a completely new thing to me. Not only do they have tutorials for most things, their control panel is intuitive. You do not pay extra for special treatment, there is no such option, everyone is treated equally and the response from support is always quick. Server runs well, ping has always been stable for me, and i'm even running 15+ mods on the ARK server. Had problems finding a reliable server hosting company, happy to have found my place now.

These guys got my server setup super fast and the server itself is super smooth! recommended to friends who are also getting conan exile servers at the moment!

I love that there is no VIP support option like many other hosting sites, you are treated equal with no extra cost, support is very friendly and very quick to lend a helping hand, i am very impressed by Blackboxservers 10/10

Blackboxservers has been absolutely outstanding as a server host. I have had an ARK Survival Evolved server with them for the past nine months. The server specs are high end and we do not see rubberbanding or lag apart from when the game saves. Also, they have interesting features for their Control Panel as well as other areas. If you are searching around for a potential server host and value CUSTOMER SERVICE, give these guys a shout. You won’t be disappointed

I have used many server hosting companies but Blackbox servers really impressed me. I have one of the top and most populer 7 Days to die and ARK servers, customer support is ace! very friendly and helpful , updates and customization are drag menu installs , control p anel is easy to use , server performance is pretty solid. All in all , if you are a dedicated gamer like me, you will be happy with Blackbox
