Terrible customer service and no product delivered - BE WARNED whole point of booking a box of everything you need for student accommodation ready for when you arrive - is that it is ready when you arrive!!! When it isnt and you ask where it is they say they can’t help and you have to call the subcontractor they use? WTAF? Blackbell have taken our money, not delivered anything and now passing the buck with no offer to rectify - shocking
