Hi Mike, thank you for reaching out. You are referencing the Bizrate Rewards surveys, which is part of the panel program and unrelated to Bizrate Insights' customer feedback program. The panel surveys allow you to earn points in exchange for feedback - unfortunately they have a limited number of space for completed surveys and it looks like you may not have qualified. Based on your description, it sounds like you were offered the opportunity to enter our Daily Cash Giveaway in addition to selecting magazines. The Daily Cash Giveaway requires a PayPal account as winners are selected via PayPal. Please let me assure you that this is not a scam and that the email address you provide is only used for entry to the Daily Cash Giveaway and payment if you are selected as a winner. With respect to the magazines, I’m sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. If you chose magazines and provided your shipping details, then you will receive your magazines in the next several weeks. If you wish to cancel, then you may do so at any time by contacting the magazine Customer Service center directly by calling (800) 882-6317 between the hours of 8:00 am and midnight, Eastern Standard Time, or by email to [email protected].

This program, which is separate from Bizrate Insights’ post-purchase survey program, provides members with the ability to earn points or coins for participating in surveys. We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory as we strive to provide all members with a valuable and rewarding experience. The ability to earn points or coins is determined by your eligibility for a particular survey, which may change once beginning the survey, such as others completing first and satisfying the survey sponsor's needs. We unable to inform members mid-survey that the point or coin award is no longer available, therefore you will be notified at submission. We hope you continue to participate in the BizCoin Surveys and Bizrate Rewards programs.

Bizrate Insights collects surveys from customers across the shopping experience. Customers can take partial surveys and reply to as many (or as few) questions as they choose.
