The format is great, but the Handbook and Manual are outdated. I received the same outdated manual I bought 3 years ago. Labor laws change. HR policies evolve. I feel I wasted a lot of money. I should have checked for new editions, etc.

Some of the information in the documentation is quite dated. Example is the data cable standards. The documentation is a great foundation for creating your own policies and procedures
