Hi Rio, We’re really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Just to offer some clarity for anyone reading this: We don’t produce the courses ourselves. This means we don’t control where or how instructors choose to share their content in the future — whether that’s on YouTube, their own site, or elsewhere. In your case, it looks like the instructor made some or all of their content publicly available already before your purchase. We completely understand how that could be frustrating if you weren’t expecting it. As soon as we saw your email, we honored your refund request (as store credit, per your message), and even added a little extra to say sorry for the inconvenience. We’re always here to help, and would’ve loved the chance to resolve this before a public review — but we respect your right to share your experience. If you have any other questions or would prefer a different resolution, we’re still happy to help directly via support. Thanks again for giving our platform a try, BizArena Team

Hey Okkar, We truly appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. We want to take a moment to clarify what happened. When you first placed your order, the payment was not completed, which is why access wasn’t granted immediately. You later reached out to us over the weekend, but unfortunately, we weren’t available to respond right away. Before we could get back to you, you posted this review. However, we’re glad to see that you later successfully completed a new payment and accessed your course without any issues. We also sent a follow-up email to check if there was any further confusion or double payment, but we haven’t heard back yet. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help! Best regards, BizArena Team
