the response times for customer support are slow. live chat is quite useless as there is no one on. anyway, I had issues with my log-in information that has yet to be resolved. however, the course I purchased was received quickly and thankfully didn't have watermarks all over the pdf files. this is handy when you want to printout materials. if they just solved the customer support issues... this would be an awesome resource.
