HEPPNER J.
The chain locked up after 3 months and website for tech support incorrect.
Bought this bike for my four year old grandson in April. Now, in June the bike is inoperable. The chain will not move and the pedals are stuck. I tried to reach out to customer support, but the link to website is invalid. The bike is not a good investment! Now, it sits in the garage as garbage!
