This was my 3rd try in 2 weeks it kept…
This was my 3rd try in 2 weeks it kept kicking me off site. I would ne half way through application and OT would go blank and I could not get back on

I've never heard of or had to "verify"…
I've never heard of or had to "verify" my bank account!

Hi Melissa, when you choose to pay by a bank transfer, we're required to verify your bank account with two small micro-deposits. It's our way of protecting people's account information to ensure we have the right account on our end. It's an easy process! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Wanda, we share our waiting periods in multiple areas of our website and within the sign up process. The waiting period starts the day you sign up, not after each new accident or illness. We have waiting periods to protect all our customers from fraudulent claims. Some people try to have pet insurance pay for an already sick or injured pet and that wouldn’t be fair.

It was not easy to set up
It was not easy to set up. You have to wait 4 days to verify your bank account. Went with another company.

We're sorry to see you had trouble, Jennifer. Regarding bank account timing, you could have paid with a debit or credit card instead. The length of time to verify your account is based on payments needing to clear your financial institution account, it's not based on our own timing.

Cassandra, we are so sorry for your loss. With Bivvy your vet doesn't need to accept insurance for you to get coverage. We would have reimbursed you as the pet parent directly, not the vet. They don't even need to know you have insurance. We hope this helps clarify our role as an insurer.
