I am not very technically savvy
I am not very technically savvy. At times I felt like I was repeating steps over and over. I would really like a paper copy of my dog’s insurance policy so I can take it with me if services are needed. Thanks. I look forward to a good working relationship with Bivvy.

On the, "Policies & Claims" tab, you can find your policy information by clicking, "View Policy Documents". From there, you can download all the documents and files you'd like to print and send them to the printer. I'm payed for a month
I'm payed for a month, but have no coverage for a month, what gives? I'm paying for coverage that I'm not getting. I'm not a very happy customer at this time!
