ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
Sign up was easy, but trying to get a hold of someone is like pulling teeth! I called several times for 5 days straight and no one seems to know how to answer the phone! On to a different company who knows how to answer the phone!

I just signed up and I went to login it says wrong password that's as far as I have gone. I'm older I'm not a computer wizard.

I cancel this policy the same day I bought it and they still took a payment out when it was cancel and did not return my funds

Hi Marcus, you did not cancel your policy the day you signed up. You signed up on 9/17/2020 and cancelled on 10/17/2020. We disclose that your payment is made 30 days after signing up before and during the sign up process. You cancelled after your first payment was made. We remind you of your upcoming payment prior to making it. We don't return funds as your payment was made for the previous 30 days of completed coverage, not the future 30 days of upcoming coverage. Hi IIena, we're sorry to see you had trouble! You should have been rerouted to a congratulations message within your pet parent account when you signed up. The welcome email is also set up to send immediately. We double checked our records and it looks like the welcome email was sent 3 minutes after your policy was created.
