I can't thank you enough!
My Oliver got sick over Labor Day weekend and was unexpectedly hospitalized. When he was discharged on Sunday I faxed the invoice to Bivvy. I was so impressed at their immediate updates on status. They emailed me that they received the paperwork the following morning. The next day they emailed me that the paperwork was complete and satisfactory and they would be submitting it for approval. The day after, they emailed me that the claim was approved and a check for $1000 would be mailed. I did indeed receive that check later that week to my amazement. I only wish that my own health coverage was as efficient and provided such great communication. I promise you this is not a paid endorsement. I am just a pet lover with three beautiful dogs that I love dearly. God bless you Bivvy❤️ Laura, Oliver, Zani and Lola ps: Oli has recovered fully:)

It was super easy! I understand why we have to wait 14 days, but I wish we didn’t.
