I thought it was very easy to apply
I thought it was very easy to apply, however I was not happy to learn that my pet has to wait 14 days to see a doctor if he becomes ill. What are you suppose to do in the meantime? I just got the policy, so I'll see how it works. If not, I will cancel

Hi Candie, thanks for choosing Bivvy for Teddi! We have waiting periods to protect pet parents like you from fraudulent claims. Some people try to have pet insurance pay for an already sick or injured pet and that wouldn’t be fair to you! We hope Teddi stays happy and healthy, however if an accident or illness arises after your waiting period we're here to support you.

Signing up on line was very easy
Signing up on line was very easy. Unfortunately, I have already had occasion to use the policy because of an unforeseen emergency involving my beloved dog, Jax. I just filed a claim for it, I hope it goes as smoothly as the original signing up did.

Peace of mind (for a small cost)
Bivvy insurance is open amd honest of what it covers, 60$ for 3 dogs I don't have to worry about the big stuff!

Easy website to use
Easy website to use. Usual insur. Policy. Much cheaper than Trupanion etc. Just wish we could get a little help w the preexisting conditions,wether it be a higher deductible or smaller reimbursement. I dont know, I might just be talking out the side of my face about wanting a little help with my older pooh.

No complaints right now.
Still a little unsure of this company since it is so new and there are no BBB records, but it seems good, legit, and clear cut. Wish there were more guidance in what to do once the application is submitted. I know there is a waiting period, but does coverage begin immediately or does the application need to be processed?
