I have no idea how well they pay claims yet (hope I'll never find out!), but sign up was a breeze & $20 per month is extremely reasonable!

I have not signed up, yet but I plan to. I gave this 2 stars, because so far I have yet to see any reviews from anyone who has used this policy. It's easy to have such excellent ratings when all I have read thus far is how easy it is to sign up and how affordable this insurance is. I have read about 10 pages of reviews stating nothing but what I stated above. Where are reviews from people who have actually made claims? Update on the above, after scrolling through numerous pages and much eye strain, I found a few comments about claim filing. I must say, the comments impressed me. I lost my best friend, Lord Odin, in 2017. I was devastated by his loss, and I admit I have been depressed without him. I put off getting another dog, because Odin was so healthy ( he died of old age. He was almost 15y), and I feared getting another dog and it not being as healthy as he was. I'm on disability so vet bills scare the crap out of me! I have been searching for pet insurance, because my sister gave me her two precious babies, ( she travels a LOT for work), and could not find anything I could afford. Today, my mother gave me an answer to my prayers, Bivvy! She saw it on the news. FINALLY, a pet insurance I could afford! Normal routine shots and stuff I could afford, but Dachshunds are known for being goofy and hurting their backs in the process. Having this insurance gives me such peace of mind incase one decides to fly off the couch to greet me! Wet kisses and all! I pray I never have to use this, but I'm glad it's there if I do. Bivvy, I so pray you never increase your rates like all of the other companies out there. Now, if I can just keep them from using my couch and bed as a launching pad for the next six months, I'm home free! Thank you, Bivvy, for making your policies so easy to access and read. P.S. it would be nice if you offered well care coverage, too! So, to be continued if I ever need to file a claim..
