Hi Jamie, welcome to Bivvy! We hope your pup feels better soon. Depending on the date you signed up for coverage, you may still have a waiting period in place. Plus, if your pet showed signs or symptoms to lyme disease prior to signing up for Bivvy and/or during your waiting period it would be considered a pre-existing condition.

It was very easy to sign up and we didn't have any troubles with it at all. Not to mention your price absolutely can't be beat, as I was shopping around and getting quotes, all of which were far more expensive. Glad I found Bivvy.

It sounds very good at a affordable price. I would be willing to pay more per month if the coverage was 75% instead of 50%. No complaints on what is covered!
