I have seen the prices you guys Have and it made me not go it is to pricey like 20$ to 40$ is good past that I would not go. Am not being mean but prices in Florida are cheap yours are to much. Hope You Understand! Thank you !

I've been trying to call Bivvy for 6 weeks and again today. NO RETURN CALLS! My Pets have been signed up for several months. Sent in my first invoice and it was denied. In my profile it states I received an explanation, which I have not. Bivvy is looking more scammy by the minute. I suggest dont stop here, there are better/reliable service for your pet than Bivvy.

I think it’s weird that they are asking people for reviews about signing up but not about the actual service they provide. I had bivvy for a month now and they couldn’t reimburse my money from my dog accident even after my waiting period ended. I’m switching my insurance.

Right now I’m super dissatisfied with Bivvy. My dog has become very ill and I turned in claims 7 days ago and they are still not paid. Good luck calling, they never answer the phone and if they get back to you they are not helpful. Bivvy said that Cunamutual pays the claims and they don’t know when my claim will be paid and Bivvy never offered to help me. This has been hard for me and my family, emotionally and financially.

It needs to have more reviews on the process of filing a claim and how long it takes, and someone to explain if they cover the expense or is it you get reimbursed. Also, do you actually see the money back. It sounds like it is difficult to get a hold of someone if you need help. This may be too good to be true.

As for the coverage, we reimburse our pet parents directly. You send us a copy of your vet bill to open your claim, we review it in two business days or less, and then we reimburse you directly for covered care. There needs to be an easier way to see what your waiting period is. Unfortunately for me my poor pup had more problems than I expected and I got pet insurance to help with that but was not aware of the waiting period.

Hi Penny, we see Wiley and Toby's policies! Your policies have a 14 day accident waiting period, 30 days for illnesses and a year for orthopedic conditions. We'll give you a call to make sure you're up to date on your policy!
