having to mail my vet bill because I…
having to mail my vet bill because I don't have a scanner seems a little unfair. There should another way besides mail or scan for Bivvy to receive my vet bill.

Hi Kyle, I am sorry that you are disappointed. Fortunately, we have several ways for our customers to submit claims! You can file a claim in your pet parent account or submit a clear picture of the vet bill. Our customers love the convenience of submitting a clear, smartphone photo! I signed up for the wellness care and it didn’t happen. I thought they’d take out 22.00 but they only took out the 13.00

BE TRANSPARENT
I had two premium payments taken from my debit card and when I called I was told that it was stated somewhere. That is a load of crap because if I would have known that I would not have signed up for Bobby.

Really great if you don't care about your pet :)
For all pet owners with Bivvy, please know that it is going to be best if your pet gets injured for you to encourage the vet to keep your pet for as long as possible. I was able to speak with the claims department manager and it really helped clear things up! So if your pet is injured, bivvy will cover the cost of the bill, but it needs to be in the same bill. If you take your pet home and then go in for more medication or another check up related to the same injury, that is not covered. So while our pets would probably have less stress and anxiety being at home, it will save you tons of money in the end if you just keep your pet at the vet and let your animal not only be in pain from the injury, but also increase their stress level. But think of all the money you can save in the end! Thank you for the excellent customer service Bivvy! I had healthy paws prior to this and they used to personally call me and check in with me if my pet ever had anything happen. I asked Bivvy if they do this because all they have time to do is tell me my claim was denied. Bivvy did confirm they do not reach out and ask about someones pet.
