I was able to get policies for all 3 of my dogs in under 5 minutes, and had policy documents within seconds of signing up. Very smooth!

Very easy to sign up and information was clear and easy to find answers to all of my questions. I was recommended to look into Bivvy from a pug Facebook group I joined and after weighing recommendations to do a puppy fund monthly vs having insurance and the benefits, it was obvious to go with both to ensure the best for our puppy.

I've submitted a question about the start date of the policy and whether or not I can file a claim for my pet at the time of the start date to Bivvy. Once I hear back, I'll be able to update the rating. 6/11/20: Thank you, a representative named Gwen reached out to me via email on yesterday and responded to my inquiry as well. I am thankful to know that I'm able to submit my inquiries be email & via this platform as well and know that someone will respond to me as soon as possible. My rating today is 5 stars!
