Coming from a competitor, I'm excited to pay less than half of what I was paying before for my two cats and I like that annuals + routine exams are reimbursable. The staff at Bivvy are very nice and there's a short turnaround time in responding.

It claims that the amounts from options 1 and 2 didn't take or match my bank. I put $20.00 twice caz I didn't know the amount you wanted. Is there a phone number you can be reached at? I don't know if I'm covered or not. Help. 928-727-3369
