Hi Ravi, we're sorry to see you're disappointed! We share before and during the sign up process that there's an annual deductible associated with Shadow's policy. Your recent claim didn't surpass your $250 annual deductible which is why it wasn't paid. This was also explained in your claim decision email too. We're sorry to see this caught you by surprise! Barely Paid The Claim
Nope. Only paid $1.5K for a $12K vet bill. They are cheap for a reason

Bought policy paid monthly and went to…
Bought policy paid monthly and went to vet for the services listed in the policy spend above $300.00 and recieve a check for $15.00 call in and expect to wait more times . Company find excuses to burn your monthly payments. At the end you might as well paid out of pockets and save lots of money and hassles.

Hi Michael, I am sorry you are disappointed. You won't receive an insurance card with your coverage by mail because with Bivvy you can go to any licensed veterinarian! Bivvy is a reimbursement policy, meaning we will reimburse you directly for any covered vet expenses for your insured family pet. You can access an electronic copy of your policy at any time by logging into your account. You may also email us at [email protected] to obtain a copy.

I recently joined bivvy I didn't knew…
I recently joined bivvy I didn't knew that there was a waiting period, so I submitted a claim I understand that I have to wait they review the claim they said it was partially approved but didn't return nothing to me and still they took out the benefits like if I really used
