I would've like to read the policy online instead of downloading first but other than that the process was very easy. Prices are great, too. I have not filed any claims, thank goodness, so I don't have experience with how Bivvy handles and pays.

I love what I read I'm urgently waiting to see if it works. How does it work if u always have to pay to take your pet to the vet then get your monet back then I dont want it u need to let me know cause I need something

Hi Angela, we do reimburse our pet parents directly. You work with your vet, send us a copy of your bill, and we reimburse you directly for covered claims.
