Doing business with you has been fullfiling but I don’t know what I do when I need it. Do I pay and then send the receipts to you or do I tell the vet I have ins and let them take it from there. And, if that’s the case do I have to take Shadow to specific vets for treatment if he needs it? Thank you for answering my questions and do I need something like a card to guarantee that I have insurance. Thank you for answering all my questions.

You work with your vet, send us a copy of your bill in your new Bivvy pet parent account, and then we review it for reimbursement! We don't work with your vet directly. If we can help you further, give us a call at 855.434.3744!
