Just signed my two dogs up seems easy and affordable wish they would explain things certain things better. I found out after I signed up that you dont get a insurance card. They reimburse you for what you pay vet

Signing up was pretty simple but something went wrong so I wasn't able to access my quotes or my account. The system said my user ID or password weren't correct. So I tried the Forgot Password process but never received an email. I had to go back to the site and start from scratch in adding all 3 pets and payment info. All is well now, thankfully.

Hi Deborah, if your policy didn't fully batch before you closed your window, you could have run in to this issue. We're glad you're in okay now! Should you add another pet in the future, please make sure you see a congratulations message prior to closing your window.

It was hard to finally get my membership. Took me several times. How do I send in a bill? He was neutered. Does Bivvy pay for that?
Response from Bivvy Pet InsuranceOct 13, 2020
Hi Jan, we're sorry to see you had trouble! You can open a claim by logging in to your pet parent account and clicking Submit A Claim. We don't cover neutering procedures.
