First let me say I love Bivvy and will continue to insure my pets with them. They were super fast on the reimbursement of my vet bills and customer service is great. The reason for the four stars is because you have to pay a $50 deductible for every bill you submit, not just per illness/injury. I had one set of vet bills for my local vet and then another for the specialty vet my dog was referred to since my local couldn’t treat her. It was all for the same illness and all bills were submitted at the same time but I was charged another $50 for the second set of bills since it was a different doctor’s bill. So now I’m at $100 deductible for the same illness. Had there been a third or more doctor or bill involved my deductible could have reached a lot more. I think it’s a little misleading to say there is a $50 deductible per claim, but I still love Bivvy and will recommend, and have recommended them, to whoever I know is looking for pet insurance. All good so far, just signed up. I had a little trouble getting started with the pay link but believe it could have been my internet security.

The process was really easy. Comparing what is offered to what other companies were offering made me choose Bivvy.

It was pretty easy to sign up. I do suggest to explain how claims would work and how to coordinate with your local vet with the new pet insurance.

I have this service for my other puppies. I need my great grand nephew- dog to have the same coverage on. Easy to sign up.

It was a nice experience buying insurance for my pet, never have before and for it being the first time it was very easy and understandable for me.
