Signup was complicated and after calling one of the Bivvys representatives to help me signup for the policy I was told that it was nothing she could do that it was a glitch in the system and she was not able to sign me up over the phone I will have to wait to sign up online I thought it was a total inconvenience!

Terrible customer service
Waiting on a reply back, but so far I would give 0 stars. Took my new puppy in after 14 days for a wellness check and found out she has worms and needs medication. The entire bill was denied because they said it was pre-existing. What is the point of this useless insurance if they are going to use the loophole of "pre-existing" conditions?

As described on the phone by our Claims specialis, your claims were denied due to your wellness care not being within the scope of our coverage (which is for accidents and illnesses) and due to the time your pet began showing symptoms (waiting period/pre-existing).
