It is difficult to write a review regarding my experience. On one hand it was very easy to see what my rate would be in to sign up. However there is no customer service number in which I could reach an associate If needed. I also did not receive a confirmation email of signing up. It would’ve been nice to have received an email just confirming my enrollment. The real test will come when I need to file a claim, then I hope to modify my review in a more favorable starring

Didn't get notice of first application
Didn't get notice of first application. Slow answering 2nd request. Application process too rigid. Still haven't gotten membership card and money has not been taken from my account. Patricia Spray Edgerton WI 3/12/2020

Hi Patricia, our applications are instantly approved. You wouldn't receive an additional notice as you're immediately accepted and receive a congratulations message. Additionally, we don't use membership cards which is why you haven't received one. As a reminder, you can go to any vet with Bivvy! Finally, your first payment isn't due for 30 days after sign-up. If you signed up for automatic bank transfers, it won't happen until day 30. If you have any additional questions about your coverage, please reach out!

I called Monday
I called Monday, it is now Wednesday, asking if you received my request to cover my two dogs. I received confirmation on one of my dogs, but not the other. Fast and easy but double the policies
The process was fast and easy but I somehow ended up getting two policies on each of my pets.

I kept looking for and not finding…
I kept looking for and not finding information about insurance cards and numbers after my purchase. I am assuming information will be sent once the 14 days is up. But there are no details available .

Hi Cynthia, that's because we don't use insurance cards! While your policy documents can be found in your pet parent portal, we skip the hassle of insurance cards and vet networks. Instead, you can go to any vet and simply send us your bill. From there, we'll reimburse you directly for approved claims.

Overall Decent
I think the annual limit should be higher, diagnostic testing can be expensive. Overall it was quick and easy to sign up.
