No phone number to reach you plus I want to make a payment and I can’t do that either on your website. I was getting automatic debits for Bivvy each month But for some reason it stopped I want to make a payment now

The first time I signed up, it was a breeze. Unfortunately, the next not so much. Something went wrong in the process, and when I attempted to add our second dog, I was not able to do so. I tried several times to communicate with Bivvy, but that too was unsuccessful. I don't know if it was my failure to communicate or if the individuals reading what I wrote were not reading my text carefully enough. Unfortunately, the suggestions offered were insufficient in resolving the problem. I was contacted today, and the agent was successful in adding our new dog. I was not happy with the method she said that she needed to do to be successful. She asked me for my password, and all of my financial information in order to resolve the problem. I have now changed my passwords again, and I hope that that will solve the privacy issue.

Hi Nancy, you should have received a welcome email in addition to ending your sign-up process with a congratulations message. If you're not seeing our emails, you may want to check your spam folder and add our email, [email protected], to your email address book. We're seeing three policies under your email on our end!
