Signing up was easy and affordable I have not hear great reviews about the actual process of using the insurance so I can't give an effective review until I see first hand a seemless process in its entirety

I wish they actually had live people answering the phones. I did find the number but everything is done pretty much on line.Sometimes you need to talk to a person and leaving messages and hoping somebody will get back to you could be an issue if you need immediate assistance. Getting insurance was easy to sign up for on line, only a couple questions, and setting up direct deposit for receiving claims was easy, but I like having a person t talk to. The company did send me the phone number after reading my comment, and I am happy with that. Thank you for the rapid response

It isn't Bivvy's fault but I wish there were a way to have known that both of my pups didn't have the same insurance. I thought i signed them both up for the same thing but I guess I didn't. Now I have lost out on reimbursements I could have had if that one box was checked. Now I had to cancel the old policy and restart a new one so that I can have him covered as the other one is.

Easy to sign up for the thing was they said $10.00 . Then it changed to $15.00. Did not give me opportunity to change until it was all ready signed. Seem like it will be a good Ins company I hope so.
