Biviano Carpet One is a top notch provider that clearly understands customer service as the first and formemost point to providing great products. I enjoyed the minimal back and forth conversations, email and the project management of my install. I had a need, they found out how I wanted to work and then...everything just happend, on time, professionally and at a fair price. Thanks again for making my life easier!

5 stars in every way. Beautiful showroom with many options. Helpful and well-informed employees to assist you. The owner David making recommendations for your rooms. The installers, courtesy of your furniture and efficient in their work. Phone follow-up to make sure the job was done to our specifications. Everything turned out beautiful. We are so happy and pleased with the results. We have used Biviano Carpet for flooring and carpet now. Loved the final results each time.

outstanding service and workmanship
you can't go wrong choosing Biviano carpet and tile. Great service and and a fantastic installer. The whole experience was extremely easy and very professional.

Great customer service which is a hard find to these days.
We nearly walked in 10 min. till closing time on a Saturday. Even though it was close to closing time Joe was very patient and helpful, he provided the best customer service experience we have had in many year while renovating our home. The pricing was better than the big box store and we had the carpet installed in the time it would have taken to have them come out for a measure. The installers were neat in appearance, professional and mindful of our cats. We will most certainly purchase carpet there in the future
