I recently received a bitsy box and was excited because the one I received after my last bump box was awesome. This one not so much. I got a teether that was dusty as heck and old travel changing pads. It was awful. Hopefully the next one will be better or I'm going to cancel.

I like Bitsy Box. It is something my daughter and I look forward too. I like new products to try and learning tools. I do not like that the boxes are ridged depending on age group. My daughter is speech delayed so I wanted to customize my box but thkipey couldn't because certain ages get certain boxes. Secondly, I received age inappropriate and repeat items, monthly. They refunded me but it informed me no one paid attention to my account or previous boxes. Lastly, using store credit was a hassle. My options would usually be out of stock AFTER placing the order. I wish they would work on a few of the cons. Otherwise, it was a great box. SN - I have been subscribed for 11 months.
