I’ve noticed that you are posting a vacancy under what appears to be a non-verified recruiter profile and asking candidates to complete a strategic test assignment. If you genuinely need strategic input, why not engage a professional for a paid consultation instead? Requesting unpaid strategy work under these circumstances does not feel professional. This approach creates the impression that the company may be trying to obtain free consulting rather than conduct a fair hiring process, which is disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We take transparency in our hiring process very seriously. However, based on the description provided, we are unable to identify this situation. We do not have a practice of requesting “unpaid strategic work” without conducting an interview first. Could you please clarify which position you applied for, when this took place, and from which email address the communication was sent?
