BitNational accepted my USDT but never paid the promised CAD 100
I used a BitNational ATM and sent USDT to receive CAD 100 in cash. The ATM accepted the transfer but did not dispense any cash, print a receipt, or provide any code. I did not receive an SMS either. I contacted support, and they confirmed that the transaction had been successful and told me to simply return to the ATM to collect the money. I returned, but the ATM had no option for collecting funds from a previous transaction. When I asked them to explain exactly how I was supposed to collect the money, support stopped responding to both my emails and phone calls. I never received the cash, and my USDT was not refunded either. In my opinion, this conduct is extremely unfair and misleading to customers. I strongly recommend against using BitNational.
