From May 27th when you lunch my team of 25 members joined and The day that it launched it was terrifying their system was defaulting a lot of errors, customer service was not responding do any of our people it’s like were left out in the cold no one address the problems until months later and it wasn’t very professional on the issues there were zoom calls that you cannot chat or respond back-and-forth with the presenter you could only listen an email and hope that you get a response from customer service i’m just putting his brief info out here so that he can help people to not waste your money and get involved in bitlocity! There’s one positive thing that I must say Business glu program absolutely works!! The company that is using your services Bitlocity you might want to rethink doing business with him the integrity of that company is not good they have left 25+ people in the dark no communication whatsoever so that being said I had to cancel my membership with business glu and I’m currently trying to get in contact with Bitlocity to cancel my membership with them!

Bitlocity is a great platform to learn and earn at the same time. It amazes me how amazing of an experience I've had with them and am going to have with them. The marketing classes on Thursdays are very informative and very helpful. Joel is a great marketer and teacher. They are improving things all the time which really was great in the first place but they have made it even greater. Bitlocity keep up the hard work because it's paying off.

This company has lied about how this platform works from day one. For one their infinity line works nothing like they said it would and has not paid a reward since March, secondly, they added a super high withdrawal fee at launch that was never spoken about in the pre-launch. Finally, their support is terrible and issues very rude replies to member inquiries.

Customer service is non-existent. The only response you will get to tickets, is a robotic reply stating that ..."We have received your Support ticket (xxxx) and will respond to it in the order that it was received." On Feb 22 I opened a ticket asking for help as my attempt to purchase the $50 package was not finalized. Quite possibly this may have been an error on my part. more than two months have passed and no assistance from the company as to what needs to be done despite my sending additional tickets/emails. It should not take any competent company two months to respond.

I’m loving bitlocity, i have had many payments, I do know if you don’t pay attention to the instructions and copy and paste the number instead of typing in the dollar amount when signing packages it won’t go through right away, people just need to pay better attention but if you did make the mistake just send customer service a quick message and a screen shot of your mistake and they will refund it for you! I am at level pearl and working my way up and my kids dad is also at pearl under me! Put the work in and don’t just rely on the infinity line, the more people join the quicker the infinity line will pay out!!! Thank you Bitlocity for all you are doing 🙏🙏

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. I SENT $$$ in Bitcoin. They say they don’t have it. I have proof they received it and told me “NO REFUNDS” from NoName/VP of Operations!!!! Couldn’t even give his name. Well the SEC can figure that out. 🙏👍 My job is to let as many of u know, dont risk giving $$ to this company. Reported to SEC

The Biggest scam . I’ve been in it since January before the launch. It’s now April 27 and I haven’t received a dime . It’s no infinity line . I put in the 25 and 50 infinity line . I also purchased the gold package. I received nothing. I’ve sent emails after emails and no one has responded. Do not put and money in these lier. Who ever said they received money are lier . It’s a scam you will loose your money . I’ve sent emails for weeks and no one have returned my emails.I wish someone can stop these people from ripping people off .. but god don’t like ugly . They will pay for all the lies and the money they stole from everyone trust and believe that

Bitlocity is a scam! I never received one payment. Everytime I try to withdraw, they take their withdrawal fee but do not send my Bitcoin. My wallet address is correct. I have sent them 5 emails. Not one response! Please save your money and time. Do not invest
