I have earlier wrote a negative review and I took it down regarding KYC. Apparently the KYC time frame is during business hours. So, if we are talking about business days, it actually took less than 48 business hours for my KYC to be done and withdrawal to my erc wallet took around 5 minutes after adding my account. There was a misunderstanding about time frame. The website is very trusted and I recommend anyone to use it. But bear in mind KYC could take some time.
