You need to transfer money in btc to there wallet. You will just lose this money you can see on the blockchain they just transfer it to a exchange and get it out. I am appreciate this platform helped me with the recovering and transferring my funds. However, they could do this faster. The transfer time was too long, more than 2 weeks. In the end, I am happy I have received my funds to my bank successfully.
