Overall I do like this casino. I like the cashback, both weekly and daily, plus monthly now that I’ve hit a certain status. Sometimes they also throw you some random free spins which I can always appreciate. It’s essentially pennys compared to the amount i deposit at this site but it’s still better than nothing. The support is 5 stars that’s forsure. They give you a personal VIP manager which is kinda cool. She emails me bonuses from time to time, definitely not often enough again in comparison to the amount of money it even takes to get to the status level to obtain this personal manager. But it’s still better than nothing. The reason for the 3 stars is from one particular experience. After countless deposits and a few tiny little withdrawals sprinkled in over the course of the last few months since I joined, I finally got the account to a decent amount and requested the withdrawal as I’ve done several times before. However this was the first withdrawal that was 4 figures in size, and they immediately hit me with a “Random” verification. My account had been verified months ago. I had made 5 or 6 little withdrawals and probably close to 100 deposits in that time. Lost lots of money. The first time I try to withdraw something of somewhat decent value, boom. Immediately. Random. They kept rejecting my bank and utility statements saying they don’t accept screenshots. So I sent the PDF. They suddenly didn’t accept the PDF cuz they claimed it had been altered. That one angered so much I was ready to close the account immediately. Nothing was ever altered lol, I thought they were playing a joke on me. I asked what exactly they believed was altered and how they believe that was done (I was asking basic questions cuz j was dying to see the lies they were about to make up). All I got was, “we can’t disclose that.” Hilarious because I resubmitted the exact document right after. Magically they approved it. But 3 days later. It was very disappointing and they lost a lot of trust in the process. Hasn’t happened again since; mainly cuz I just lose all the time and haven’t tried to withdraw a decent amount yet. But I’m anticipating some more nonsense the next time I do. Makes me consider not waiting for that to happen and go elsewhere. Other than that one annoying incident I do enjoy this site. Just be prepared for random pushback after months of depositing hassle free.
